Shannon Flint was born and raised in Gallipolis, Ohio. She left after graduation to join the Marine Corps. before returning to make her home. Shannon loves small-town life for its atmosphere and people and likes living in southern Ohio because she gets to watch and enjoy the changing of the four distinct seasons we experience in the area, which connects to her love of going camping and boating with her family. She enjoys designing a beautiful home, one room at a time, and knows how refreshing it is to come home to a cozy, comfortable space that speaks to its inhabitants. Shannon says her interest in real estate is one of “helping people, to make their loads just a little lighter” and knows that her clients can better focus on their larger goals if they have someone to assist with the details.
